—  PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS: A Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be added to the high bid and included in the total purchase price. All Final Purchases will be Processed with Credit Card  Provided during registration.  If shipping items, an additional Credit Card charge will be used for the Pak Mail Services. All bids accepted on the Personal Property are subject to the Sellers approval.

POSSESSION/REMOVAL: Pickup in person of items will be at 1007 W. Euclid Ave. Marion, IN 46952 on Saturday, November 6 during SCHEDULED TIMES between 2:00 – 6:00 pm. A LINK TO THE CALENDLY SCHEDULE WILL BE SENT VIA EMAL AFTER YOUR INVOICE IS PROCESSED AND YOU WILL CHOOSE YOUR INDIVIDUAL TIMES SLOT.  

—  VEHICLE TERMS: A Buyer’s Premium of  10 % will be added to the high bid and included in the total purchase price. Balances Due will be paid by ACH Bank Transfer including a $12.00 Processing Fee..

— VEHICEL POSSESSION/REMOVAL: Pickup of Vehicle in person, or through a transportation company hired by Buyer, will be coordinated with Ness Bros at a scheduled date and time on or after (5 Business Days after auction) November 10 @ 1007 W. Euclid Ave., Marion, IN 46952
