— POSSESSION/REMOVAL: Pickup in person of items will be @ 3611 s. Adams, Marion, IN 46952 on Friday, June 13 during SCHEDULED TIMES between 4:00 – 6:00 pm. A LINK TO THE CALENDLY SCHEDULE WILL BE SENT VIA EMAL AFTER YOUR INVOICE IS PROCESSED AND YOU WILL CHOOSE YOUR INDIVIDUAL TIMES SLOT.
—– HEAVY EQUIPMENT REMOVAL: Buyer will be contacted to schedule a special pickup date outside of the normal Friday Pickup to remove the heavy equipment. Buyers are responsible for repairing any damage or void created in the building from the removal of their items. Moving & loading services contracted with any transport company, rigging company or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company.
— PACKING & SHIPPING: The buyer is responsible for the shipment of all purchased property; most items cannot be shipped. The Auction Company will not be providing shipping options.
