About the Company
Touche Lighting specialized in lighting control technology and electronic lighting components used within the lighting industry. The company developed proprietary technology and built relationships with customers in the lighting market.
Due to bankruptcy proceedings, the company’s assets are now being offered for sale through a sealed bid process.
Assets Included in the Sale
The sale includes the following assets:
- Two (2) patents related to lighting technology
- Manufacturing dies used in production (original cost approximately $250,000)
- Customer list of past clients and industry contacts
- Five years of company tax returns
- Product technology and development
These assets provide the foundation for restarting production, expanding an existing lighting business, or developing new products.
